Vic, originally from the sun-kissed island of Sicily, and Ola, from the beautiful region of Calabria, immigrated with a wealth of knowledge in authentic Italian cuisine. Throughout Chef Sheila’s childhood, her grandparents passed down recipes and culinary techniques that have been cherished in their family for generations. Inspired by the perfect blend of Italian and American influences, Chef Sheila opened Vic & Ola's, where their legacy lives on with each dish.

To craft the perfect menu, Chef Sheila traveled to Italy, immersing herself in the culture that shaped her grandparents. This experience deepened her understanding of what makes Italian cuisine so unique, and she brought that knowledge back home to Vic & Ola’s.
